Czech Black

Czech Black is a nice mild pepper with an ornamental twist. The fruit grow black when young and eventually ripen to a maroon red. Heat wise, this pepper is in line with a jalapeno. For culinary use, it can be also used very similar to a jalapeno. Stuffing, roasting, and pickling are all great options for this pepper, along with just eating it straight up!
