Holy Mole-y

Hold up. I know you’re thinking, “holy mole is a F1 hybrid“. Absolutely. This is an F4 descendant of a Holy Mole F1. In the spirit of experimenting, we’ve grown out three generations of the hybrid and have selected our favorite traits. The result is a large chilaca pepper, with a dark brown tone, and delicious flavor perfect for mole sauce.
