Mayan Red Habanero

Also known as Maya Red Pepper or Maya habanero. This longer shaped habanero has thinner flesh which makes it perfect for dehydrating and making a spicy powered or flakes! Of course, all of the other great things one would do with a “traditional” habanero can still be done with with the Mayan Red.
