HabaJalokia Peach
This particular pepper is an interesting super hot. It is the result of a cross between a habanero and a peach Bhut Jolokia varieties.
Expect a heat level that is between that of a ghost pepper and a habanero. I like to think of it as a happy medium for those that find ghost to be a bit too hot and want habanero to have a little bit more moxie.
This is a variety that is extremely productive. It can serve many uses in the culinary world.
