Flaming Cuyahoga

Flaming Cuyahoga is a mild serrano-type pepper that usually lands around 4,000 SHU. It was developed from a selected backcross of the Flaming Jade serrano, with the goal of keeping the look and flavor of the original F1 while producing a slightly larger pod.

The peppers have the familiar narrow serrano shape, but with a little more girth. Heat is noticeably milder than a typical serrano, making these easier to use in larger amounts for salsa, sauces, and everyday cooking. This line is now in its fourth generation and has shown decent stability so far.
