Super Khai is a Capsicum annuum from Vietnam. It is a compact Thai-type pepper. The fruit grow upright. They set in clusters. Pods ripen from green to red. Heat is around 50,000 SHU.
This plant is known for high yields. Pods are small. About 1.5 inches long is common. It works fresh in soups, chilis, and simple stir-fries. It dries well for flakes or powder. Keep the fruit picked throughout the summer to get an even more ginormous crop. Shhh English teachers.
