White Habanero

White Habanero Pepper

Tiny little white habaneros. Think of them as flavor crystals.

The pods are small, wrinkled, and ripen to a creamy white. Flavor is fruity and very much in the habanero family, but the heat seems to land on the milder end for the type.

We have not had these officially tested for SHU. My fairly educated guess, or chew, puts them around 100,000 SHU. If I am wrong, I would expect the error to be on the lower side.

Uses

These are great for hot sauce, salsa, pickling, or anywhere you want habanero flavor without dealing with a giant pod.

Small pepper. Big flavor. No need to bloviate further.
