Golden Marconi

Golden Marconi is a sweet annuum with no heat. It produces long, tapered yellow fruit with thick, firm flesh. Flavor is clean and sweet. This is a classic Italian frying and roasting pepper. It also works well fresh or sliced for cooking where you want pepper flavor without heat.  As is typical with this style of pepper, grow a handful of plants as these 6-10 inch long pods are flavorful and delicious but not the most productive.  They’ll go fast in the kitchen!

Cut in half, throw onto the grill, center heat. Take off at the slightest char.  👌
