Orange Dart

The Orange Dart pepper (Capsicum annuum) is a funky new variety with a punch of Thai-like heat and a touch of sweetness. Its 2–3 inch fruit shift from a striking white and purple ombre to a bold orange that pops like Bowling Green State University’s colors.

Use the same way one would use a thicker Thai or serrano.
