Peach Ghost Jami
The Peach Ghost Jami is a fun twist on the peach ghost pepper. It is a superhot developed by American pepper grower Jami Hendrix, which explains the Jami in the name.
The pods ripen to a light peach color with a rough, bumpy surface. Some get pretty gnarly looking, almost reminding us of a Death Spiral.
Heat wise, this is very much superhot territory. The fruit also have that fruity peach-ghost type flavor hiding behind all that heat.
A really attractive pepper and a fun one to grow if superhots are your thing.
