Trinidad Perfume

Trinidad perfume is one of the most fun unicorn peppers in the world.  This annuum looks like a habanero but has very low heat and a great fruity flavor.  Use as a pepper jelly base instead of bell pepper, create a mild fried pepper blend, or use in hot sauces to round out bitterness or raw heat.  This is one of the peppers I make a point to grow several due to the versatility and low yield per plant.
