Cream Fantasy

Cream Fantasy is a Capsicum baccatum developed in Finland by Jukka Fatalii over several years. The peppers ripen to a creamy white and have an unusual, almost top-hat shape.

Flavor is fruity and sweet with a nice crunch. They work especially well fresh, in salsa, or tossed into a stir-fry.

Heat Level

Expect somewhere around 10,000 to 15,000 SHU. So a little hotter than your average Jalapeno, but nowhere near Habanero or Ghost Pepper territory.

The shape also makes these interesting for stuffing. If you already use Cherry Bomb, Red Cherry Sweet, or one of the Dews for that, Cream Fantasy is worth trying too.

Growing

Plants can be very productive. A good plant may put out a ridiculous number of pods over the season.

Growing is pretty typical for a baccatum. If you have had luck with Aji Pineapple or Aji Amarillo, there is nothing especially strange about this one.
