Feher Ozon Paprika

Feher Ozon is a Hungarian heirloom paprika pepper known for its sweet flavor and zero Scoville heat units. This compact plant reaches about 2 feet in height. It is early-maturing and highly productive. Its peppers, measuring approximately 4+ inches in length, ripen from from creamy white to an orangish pale red. The thick-walled fruits are ideal for drying and grinding into sweet paprika powder.
