Fire and Ice Pepper

This is a compact ornamental cultivar, only reaching up to one foot in height. Its fruit, similar in appearance to the Medusa pepper, grows upright and ripens to a rich red. With a Scoville Heat Unit of around 3,000, it offers a mild spice, slightly more intense than the Medusa. While primarily an ornamental plant due to its striking appearance, the Fire and Ice Pepper is also edible, adding both color and mild heat to dishes.
