Lilac Bell Pepper

The Lilac Bell Pepper is a sweet, blocky bell pepper (C. annuum) that ripens from pale green to soft lilac before turning red. The plant is compact and produces medium-sized, thick-walled peppers with a mild, sweet flavor. It thrives in warm climates and is suitable for gardens and containers. Use like you would with any ol’ bell pepper.
